Review on Pigtail Food Flipper - Jaccard's Ultimate BBQ Tool by Linda Diaz

I'm a grill and grill guy who saw and loved these lathes for several years before buying them. Prior to purchasing and using this set, I have used a spatula and tong combo to first loosen and then turn meat on a pan or grill. This product is "clean" and works well as long as the meat products don't stick to the cooking surface. Of course I will continue to use them and am grateful for that. They are especially useful for my cooking and smoking equipment. Are they necessary? To be honest, no. We all have both spatulas and tongs in our "kitchen battery" (yes, it's "kitchen gear"), and using them together when needed performs the same job. If I were Elton Brown and a guy who likes to "multitask", I wouldn't buy them. But I love them very much and I have no regrets that I decided to buy them!
