It's not exactly what I thought, but it works.

This converter can be used from 0mA to 2500mA or 2.5A I can't find how to adjust the power of the amplifier. Think it's just a 12V power supply with different plug sizes. The pins are not marked at all, no info was added (updated 09/17/14) Well I bought this replacement connector for the Roland TR-707 drum machine. It didn't work at first. Then I changed the power connector to 12V and it works! :) I don't know why it can withstand the force. I should only use 200mA but this works fine. Don't smoke or burn plastic.
