Changed the batteries 4 times a year. Every time you change the battery, you run the risk of damaging the cheap internal threads inside the device. I would not recommend buying this product. You will strip the inside of this thread if you overtighten it a little or misalign it when screwing the cap on. If you search the internet you will find others having the same problem with their battery cover. Eventually the battery cover will fall on you as you cannot secure it. I wish I had never bought this product. Now that I can't secure the battery cover I have some expensive regular pedals.
