The bottom line is this filter will NOT filter at all with a filter core floating in it. After opening, 2 out of 5 filters have this problem. It is clear that the filter element is not sealed. Another review said you can force it to put on the output port, I've tried it seems to work but once you shake it hard it will loosen. The only way to secure it is by gluing, which is not possible with a sealed case. I strongly recommend NOT using it. The vibration of the motor is much stronger than shaking hands. It will not do the job of a filter and will clog the carburetor/injector or even damage the engine. Worse, such a filter is installed in a hard-to-reach place, so you may not notice that it's loose. This should not be sold on Revain.
