It would be 5 stars if the kit really had everything you need, as described. The problem is basically that they contain these tiny lock washers that go right through the holes in the base plate. So they are useless. The nuts themselves barely made any contact with the base plate and to be honest I doubt they would hold that kind of load capacity. So I had to buy shims to make this work. The plates were nice and thick and the zip ties themselves were zinc plated, spring loaded, had drainage holes and looked pretty good, but the load rating was laser engraved not stamped, I only have experience with stamped items so I'm hoping they're genuine. . They included #2 pan-head Phillips flush screws instead of carriage bolts, so again I raise an eyebrow at the carrying capacity. Personally, I don't plan on loading these things with more than 700 pounds of WLL. If they break away, fine. I'll be back to spread the word.
