I ordered these to replace the plastic coolant lines on my wife's 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L. The plastic parts eventually got too old to handle the heat and started cracking and leaking. If you have a 3.8 liter GM engine and you're losing coolant but don't know where, it's most likely these little baddies. These manifolds go between the intake manifold and the belt tensioner (top) and between the belt tensioner and the block or water pump (bottom - depending on the model). There are several videos on YouTube showing you how to replace them on various GM models, but the process is the same regardless of model or year with a few exceptions. It takes about an hour the first time ;) These elbows are made of high quality aluminum and will most likely outlive a car for the time being. They are machined perfectly - I used a small liquid wrench on the o-rings to make sure they go in smoothly and didn't crack or slip. Jumped right out and the fit and finish is perfect.
