Tastes just like soil that has just been dug out of the ground. Very mineral taste with sand and after a few moments of tasting you need another drink to get the taste out of your mouth. Also, it takes time to push everything out of your mouth. So drink water before and after. For those who love the taste of clay, keep buying if it makes you happy. For me, I'm sticking with my cornstarch.
