OH MY GOD IT'S BACK PAIN! Setup in 10 minutes? Yes, no, it took much longer and I am a VERY skilled person. I was eventually able to install it, but not without a huge headache. This item comes with flat top screws - not flat head, not philips heads, but flat. How can you expect people to install this item in concrete or brick when screws cannot be installed with a drill or screwdriver: just a small hand wrench. Even after using a wrench (it took me almost an hour to screw it in) they didn't catch and just fell out of a hole in my wall. The only reason I was able to install this product is because I used large screws that I had from ANOTHER PRODUCT. I do not recommend this item. The supplied parts do not work.
