Review on Mandoline Slicer Spiralizer Vegetable Spiralizer by Ashley Sexton

This mandolin is perfect. I've been looking for one of these for a long time and this one ticked all the boxes. It can also be used as a spiralizer, which is a great added feature. I especially like that this one has a handguard which makes it safer. The bottom food tray collects all of the veggies you cut and makes meal prep exceptionally easy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and efficient way to cook veggies. Almost a year later, back here, I love this slicer even more: it holds up great despite constant use, it's easy to clean and it slices. my cooking time is twice as long - I cannot recommend this tool more.
