Keep the hose horizontal
I was using this to fill 1lb. Coleman propane tanks. I had the large propane tank elevated and the 1lb tank below which I attached by the hose. Many apparatuses just stuck to the large tank. I figured this would actually make the job easier I could not figure out why I wasn't able to get the 1 lb. tanks close to full, and what little I had took forever. Finally I figured out you have to keep the hose horizonal and bleed the small tanks of air a couple times
