I recommend this service if you live in the United States, and I could personally verify this because I tried to sign up for a free period to see if I can offer web development services, databases and other computer services but the platform makes you a questionnaire to determine what plan would apply to your company. It is there where I got stuck in the registration, since one of the first questions is if the company resides in the United States. If you answer no, they warn that they are only available for companies that are residents in that country.
