I have been using the device for 2 months now. Every morning I take the temperature of employees at work. The device shows correctly only at room temperature around (19-22 degrees) and if you are sitting away from batteries and heaters and you haven’t moved or walked before - if you follow all these requirements, then it shows 99% correctly. If you came from the street, if you walked before, then the forehead cools down and shows the temperature less. If you came from the street or walked before, then sit down for 5 minutes and then measure. Also, next to heat sources, if you sit next to a battery or a heater, then the skin heats up and shows the temperature more. If you know how to use it and when to measure, then there will be no complaints about the device, it shows exactly.
