If you issue a CEL, make sure to reset your KAM after clearing the DTCs by following the procedure below. It is best to do this before running it after installation.1. Disconnect the battery and turn on the headlights. Leave on for 20 minutes. This will unload all the power of the computer.2. TURN OFF the headlights. Connect the battery.3. Switch on ignition (do not start). Leave for 20 seconds.4. Start the car and let it idle for 15 minutes.5. Ride. Be careful during the first 100 miles to allow the computer to relearn fuel economy curves etc.
