For me it was a waste of money and I just threw it away. The size is amazing for drinks and especially cocktails. The problem with them is the same as with most if not all other silicone shells. They develop a foul odor and end up with sediment from the water that makes the ice cream and drink gross. The scale is mineral build up from the water so your mileage may vary but I have a brand new water softener and I was using filtered water and it happened anyway. They absorb odors and chemicals very well, including dishwashing liquid. There are ways to clean them with vinegar or other solutions, but when all is said and done it takes away any comfort and makes it easier to buy ice cream at a gas station or grocery store. I really wanted to like this, but lesson learned.
