I use 5V40A product. I gave 5.1v out of the box. I assume there is a potentiometer somewhere (based on other reviews) but I was happy with the default setting. I am powering multiple single board computers, a powered USB hub, and an IoT device. I use it in the home office. , and the only problem is that the fan is quite noisy. Maybe 12A is quieter? I didn't include this in my review as I don't think this is a typical use case for this device. Update: I replaced the fan with a quieter one and it works. Although I'm sure this will void the warranty. So fair warning. 60mm x 60mm x 15mm fan (I didn't actually measure 15mm but I'm 99% sure) at 12V with 2 pins. The fan I received was 25mm with 3 pins. I figured out which two pins are needed to start the fan and soldered the original connector. Technically it fits, but I had to bend the case a little to make it work, so if you're going that route, don't go for a 25mm thick one.
