Silicon Power wins my vote for the best digital storage solution on the market! This is the second block I have received. The first one I bought for travel a few years ago was 1TB. As an underwater photographer, I have to empty my memory cards for every dive. I use this device to upload image files to my laptop and then to the SP drive. So I have two copies, one on my computer that I can edit and the other as a backup on this solid state drive. Even if my laptop gets stolen (God forbid) I don't lose any of my work. I bought the first one after my camera was stolen (I work a lot in third world countries) and I lost the last day of photos that couldn't be replaced. I now use it as storage for my old laptop and use the new 2TB as storage on my new computer. They are military grade, slightly larger than a smoke pack and have no moving parts to break. They are strong and small for packing. Why risk someone hacking your files from the cloud when you have a better and more secure alternative? 5 stars across the board!
