Excellent user friendly program with excellent customer service
The support team is very responsive so nothing that I dislike at this time in my experience thus far! It has been easy to train our staff as well.
There are other dental software programs out there but none come close to what Qualtor offers us at such an affordable price point compared to others we have seen from larger companies/brands. We can't afford NOT to use QDR since it makes every aspect of patient care easier & more efficient which means better outcomes overall meaning less sick people being sent home or worse still needing repeat visits.
Pros
- You get great customer service when needed too like myself who had no idea how simple everything was once they showed me around their amazing system; even if only briefly then gave them back full control over setting up any features etc.I love knowing everyone gets treated fairly regardless whether small business owner OR large enterprise
