Everything is made abroad anyway. Gearwrenches are of excellent quality and are usually at the forefront of technology or innovation. The flex head became popular after they launched it and then the 120xp. I bought them a few years ago and a bunch of Tool Cart visitors went out and started buying them. Same guarantee as everything else, but you can guarantee it from retailers! You don't have to look for a stupid truck. 120 makes it really smooth. It takes about a day to get used to the flexible head, after that you will never come back. It's worth it. Made me a real jagged key
