Update - New straps - Straps too short

Update - The company has sent us new straps. Cooperation was very easy and they were more than happy to solve the problem. Dylan was a pleasure to deal with. The straps that come with it are too short. There is no way we can supply 2 kayaks with what was in the box. This was really disappointing as we had to put our trip on hold to figure out what to buy and buy so we could leave. In addition, the additional costs were low. The stand itself seems fine. I didn't have any other version so there's no comparison.
