I like how easy it was to use once we set everything up for our team (2 people). It took some time before all staff were comfortable but now everyone uses it very effectively. There are so many features within this software - from scheduling issues/check-in's through dispensing! We have found several areas where there may be room for improvement or enhancements such as having more robust data entry functionality between multiple pharmacies or being able to track inventory better with barcodes etc. But overall their support has been excellent throughout my tenure at this facility which began in June 2016. Tracking patient flow and check ins/out information across facilities. This benefits me since I am currently working remotely while managing 3 other clinics and assisting one additional clinic. Currently only using 1 location however will look into expanding when finances allow us to do so if needed later down the road.
