Excellent platform designed especially FOR hospitals
Easy to navigate with great design! Very easy for our nurses/staff members who are not familiar at all in using an iPad or other tablets as well have difficulty navigating it without assistance from someone else such us ourselves!! Also very helpful when we had issues getting certain information into your system - they were able to help right away.
Great communication between their customer service department & my own staff member helping troubleshoot any problem I might be having regarding entering patient data through encITE. ! Would highly recommend this product if you need something simple yet functional within healthcare setting where there is limited financial resources available due high cost of purchasing software like Microsoft office products etc...
- The ease, simplicity AND functionality that allows patients' care providers (nurses)to easily enter ALL necessary vital health info onto tablet devices including Apple iPads OR Android phones /tablets..also allowing those same individuals complete access too medical charts while working remotely via web browser instead needing computer workstations locally which can lead also cause more expense because one then needs additional expensive equipment along wth yearly licensing
