The best thing about this product is it's ease of use as well as its functionality. I like how easy it is to navigate through the program using my smart phone or PC. It also has an excellent feature for doctors where they can take photos for their patients. I like the layout of the software. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I dislike that you cannot have a separate page for each patient. You are limited to one page per patient. You can only have one page open at a time. This can be very frustrating when you are trying to keep up with the amount of patients you have. I like how Encite EHR can be used to connect with so many different platforms. We've been able to use it to connect to both our practice management software and our health IT systems. I'm able to connect directly to our EMR and view patient info. I can also schedule appointments and access patient information. I'm able to log on to Encite from anywhere and get patient info. The most helpful feature is being able to have all of my information in one place! I like how easy it makes scheduling appointments with different doctors/clinics so much easier than having papers everywhere around me!! Easy to navigate with great design! Very easy for our nurses/staff members who are not familiar at all in using an iPad or other tablets as well have difficulty navigating it without assistance from someone else such us ourselves!!
