This is a good quality device for my application. The heavy door with self-closing hinges clicks elegantly with a magnet and opens just as easily. A note on mounting hardware: the drywall anchors provided are low quality and don't work very well. I found it more convenient to use a machine made expansion anchor that I already have at home. The latch in the closet isn't quite right, and once you've tightened it, you can't take it off. I think they had a good idea, but the hex head and recessed hex don't mate satisfactorily, and the screw threads are longer than necessary, so I recommend putting a washer in before threading.
