This is a simple but solid design. The unit comes with mounting screws, but I went with clips and everything worked fine. I (accidentally) ordered 2 of these and actually wanted to keep the second one, but I have so many hands. My tricks that made life easier: 1. Once you figure out which hole you are using and need to adjust it, slowly insert the wire and manually adjust the turnbuckle until you see the wire is above the mark lies. Too much/too deep, you'll hate life (if it's stranded). Not enough and your nails will never forgive you. 2. Don't be afraid to run the wire a second time to make the second cut. That makes it exponentially easier! 3. Check your grade from time to time to make sure you don't need to adjust it. I turned $300 of insulated wire into $800 in no time. Ask me your questions! i love this shop
