Has pros: Everything is at a very high level in terms of controllability, predictability, noise, cross-country ability, and other operational factors; there are no issues about any of these things; nevertheless, there is one BUT! It eliminates all of the wonderful feelings associated with these tires (read the negative aspects). Having certain negative aspects There are two negative aspects to consider: To begin with and most importantly, the chemical composition of rubber is designed in such a way that it does not allow anything, not even tire glue or other repair fluids, to adhere to it. I managed to snag a nail that was fresh new, perfectly straight, and had a diameter of three millimeters. What a load of crap it may seem, but the cord that was introduced into the spot where the breakdown occurred instantly began to poison the air, despite the fact that the person who was fitting tires did nothing to stop it (this is the only occurrence I've seen in my 33 years of practice!). As a direct consequence of this, a patch was ultimately sewn onto the interior. Another incident happened during the winter when the rear wheel was punctured and the driver did not notice it right away. As a result, the driver drove on a flat tire for three to four minutes. When the wheel was disassembled, large pieces of thin rubber had separated on the inside of the tire. I have not seen this from any tire manufacturer before; typically, rubber dust appears in situations like this. And one more thing, the sidewall is quite weak! As a result of my investigation, I have come to the realization that I will never again purchase Michelin tires.
