Review on MICHELIN X-Ice North 4 205/55 R16 94T winter by Ada Nadolna ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Given: 2022 Daihatsu Sirion car (the most similar classmates are Honda Jazz / Fit, Toyota Yaris and the like, nissan Note, hyundai getz - in general, city kids, for which you will find suitable parameters. Habitat: million-plus city in the center of 2022 , use 80% city, 10-15% highway, about 5% where there is no asphalt, crushed stone, gravel, broken brick, concrete. winter "was in the center of 2022, she did an excellent job. The car was front-wheel drive, of the electronic assistants there was only abs, traction control, directional stability.

Pros
  • I got fresh 33 week 19, bought in August, like the dimension 185/65/15 came out about 14-15 thousand per set, only Hakki is more expensive, but I deliberately wanted the Michelin not because of Naboichenko’s advertising, but because of the desire for 100% confidence in tires, especially on ice. Not a single spike fell out. Yes, there are a lot of them, but not a single loss was found. The characteristic rumble in the car without Shumkov on the pavement disappears after 40 km / h, in the snow there is silence and nothing more. Asphalt is dry cold, wet cold - braking and handling are confident at 5, maybe s - due to the fact that there is nothing to compare with. Snowy weather and everything we see, we feel from +1-2 to -2-4 just fine, no drifting, skidding, unpredictable attempts of rubber (!) To do something unexpected - also 5 There wasn’t really snow, but it slows down confidently and calmly, quickly, on loose ABS during the winter it worked 1 time (on a country road it slowed down in uncleared snow) Ice, well, it’s definitely 5/5 here, I didn’t count the spikes . 250 or not 250 per wheel, but they cling to everything that is possible.
Cons
  • Dry warm asphalt is already worse, but it was when the sun warmed above 10 for 2-3 days and on BAD asphalt during EMERGENCY braking, the ABS worked 1 time due to the fact that there was only one side of the axles on bad asphalt, but knowing that at a temperature below +8 summer tires do not work very well, and frosts and even snow still fell, I was in no hurry with changing shoes. Does not like accelerations on hatches, rails.
