Spartan SATA SpartanEdge 1 Target DVD/CD Tower Duplicator D01-SSP (black) came without power cord and user manual. When I called the manufacturer (Spartan) they said they would send me a cable and they did. I was informed that the user manual would be emailed to me. Had not. When I borrowed the cable from my office monitor to try out the machine while waiting for the cable to be delivered, I found that the copier was not working. When I spent over an hour looking online for a manual (because none of them were emailed to me), I couldn't get the copier to work. Eventually I gave up and waited to call customer service in California (I live Eastern Time). As soon as I told the technician that my machine kept showing "Cannot find destination" he told me I was missing a driver. He offered me to open the back and see if I could connect the driver myself. I declined and sent it back. I will say that like most people in California, the customer service representatives at Spartan are very pleasant. Apart from the fact that there was no power cord, no manual, no driver and I had to return the product, it was a great experience.
