Great item. Very easy to install unless you're like me and screwing the back panel upside down for the first time while your wife laughs at your incompetence. A few nice things about it. First, the mounting holes are vertically centered, making them very easy to align. Second, the mounting plate actually has a tiny bubble level built in, so you just tilt it until the bubble is in the center and then screw it into place. Third, it has a good range of motion to point the monitor in any direction. The only thing to note is the presence of 4 turnbuckles that can be tightened with the Allen key provided. You control how much it tilts up and down and side to side. If you have a heavy monitor, you may need to tighten them. I screwed an Acer 34" Predator to it with a few turns and it fits perfectly. These screws work really well - you can tighten it to the point where it won't move at all.
