Great design and very strong.

It took about ten minutes to read the instructions and set it up. It's very durable, easy to set up and really takes up as little space as possible.

Such a great product. he is long lasting. It's so easy to mount it on the wall. It has a leveling bubble to make it easier. It has a two piece bracket so you can place the wall plate on the wall and then easily mount the monitor in place. this is so foolproof.

it broke 10 minutes after installation

The wall mount only fits monitors smaller than 27 inches. I bought three of these products but couldn't hold my displays (two Dell 27" monitors and one Dell 30" monitor). ) weighing 6 to 8 kg. It was a waste of money thrown out the window! I contacted ARCTIC customer service but they insisted their product was great. DO NOT USE IT FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK IF YOU ARE A DESIGNER LIKE ME.

Wall mount only fits monitors smaller than 27" (two 27" Dell monitors and 1 30". -Dell monitor) weighing between 6 and 8 kg. It was a waste of money thrown out the window. I contacted ARCTIC customer service but the product is great. DO NOT USE IT FOR A PROFESSIONAL WORK IF YOU ARE A DESIGNER LIKE ME.

Excellent assembly - highly recommend

Great item. Very easy to install unless you're like me and screwing the back panel upside down for the first time while your wife laughs at your incompetence. A few nice things about it. First, the mounting holes are vertically centered, making them very easy to align. Second, the mounting plate actually has a tiny bubble level built in, so you just tilt it until the bubble is in the center and then screw it into place. Third, it has a good range of motion to point the monitor in any direction.
