The Apple Core was exactly what we were looking for. We peel and juice 100-160 apples a week. It's gotten as easy as popping it on the spikes, letting it spin once, and then using the decorator to be ready for juicing as quickly as possible. Each apple is ready in a few seconds. As you will read in some reviews the blade is sharp so be careful and let it finish its rotation before removing it from the machine to avoid cutting yourself. I have long, semi-thick fingers, so I'll leave it to my partner. She makes it easy, and when they're done I move on to the juicer. Teamwork makes the dream come true!
