These boxes are much smoother and the tips are easier to remove than the awful Milwaukee boxes. I have a 4-5 Milwaukee and you almost need needle nose pliers to get the bits out. Too tight. And they don't fold up easily. The Makita is silky smooth in every way. Even the lock on the box is very smooth. Unlike my Dewalt lock. The beats are superb and plenty of reviews point to that. What Makita needs to do is have a lockable extension cord like Milwaukee and Dewalt. They work well but I would rather make them out of Makita steel as they stand out so much.
