The service they provide for their customers is excellent! I have used them over 10 times now and each time they go above my expectations. There's really nothing negative about this company other than you can't use them if your shipment needs insurance. If your shipment does not need insurance or any special services then there are better companies out there who will be able to do everything for less money. We ship our products internationally so we needed someone who could help us get through customs easily. The best part about Uniworld was their promptness when it came time for me to ship my goods. I have used them several times now and each time they were professional, friendly, and timely. Nothing really! Their rates are competitive as well so you can't go wrong there either. If nothing else, i think using uniworld will give you peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe during transit. Shipping items internationally can be tricky but having someone you know and trust by your side makes everything easier.
