I bought these contour gauges to help install rubberized flooring in a home gym - getting precise cuts around the door frames and trim (perfect use case!). The funny thing is, as I look at other projects I've done, what comes to mind is usually "darn, these gauges would have made that a lot easier / better / faster".TIP: grab the contour you need, take a picture of the tool, then use a basic drawing app to turn the contour into a digital format for your 3D printer, a CNC machine, or just printing templates on paper.It's an inexpensive tool with a million uses. Just buy it! :-)
