This is a top post, NOT the solid starter cable from the battery to the starter solenoid and out of the junction box! SELLER MUST PROVIDE THIS DATA! Right wire for my application 03 Avalanche. It comes from the top post of the battery terminal and is designed to connect to the distributor block and then has a separate wire that goes to the starter solenoid. It has a hot wire for the fuse box. To make this work I had to cut the original starter wire, change the plastic housing of the terminal blocks and then bolt it to the terminal block where it exits the alternator. I only got 3 stars instead of a refund because I was able to get it to work and looked halfway decent.
