Big performance and features in a small package

I have been using the Linksys Pro Connect 4-port hub for many years. Glad it's a desktop. It only has 4 ports in total, which are always on and act as a USB hub and/or charging station. It's well and good. The advantage of this 7-port ikuai is that it is more compact and has 7 ports, three of which are for fast charging. The remaining 4 ports are USB 3.0 ports. The really cool thing about this hub/switch is that it has a round on/off button to turn this port on or off. This is great if, for example, you want to charge a device without it being recognized and interfering with your computer. The 4 USB ports also share the same switch, so you might have a device that you want to leave connected, such as a laptop. B. a USB video conferencing microphone, but don't want it to be on all the time. It has data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps. What I really like is its size. This is no foreshadowing of the device lying on my desk. It's slim and has a beautiful chrome plated beveled corner that gives it sophistication. You can use it as a shirt pocket to carry with your device and there is no need for an AC 110 as it draws power from your computer via the USB port it plugs into. At home, plug in the included power adapter for more charging options. I like it. I'm glad I have it. I'm sure I will have years of fun using it.

Pros
