Review on ManWinWin by Derek Dolla

The ease of use for both techs to access their job site information from anywhere they are working without having needlessly open multiple windows or screens. It has allowed our organization to have more control over what we can see while performing work orders/tasks instead of only being able to look at an entire database when trying to find something that was missed during installation (like an issue not appearing after it should). I would like there were some additional fields available so you could do things such as enter notes about your visit for each task performed rather than creating another column somewhere else where you couldn't easily copy & paste info into this new field once created. We've been using MWW since mid last year now and had previously used other companies' systems before going to one similar but also different system which became outdated quickly due to changes made within MANUFACTURER's software platform itself. I like that ManWinWin has a very user-friendly interface. I also like that it is very easy to use and has a lot of customization options. I dislike that it is not very intuitive. Sometimes I have to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use it. I also dislike that it is not very easy to find certain things. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a CMMS should consider ManWinWin. I am able to find what I am looking for very easily.
