ManWinWin Review

The most useful thing is the ability to track and create work orders. The reporting is simple and easy to understand. There is nothing that I dislike about ManWinWin. It has been a great addition to our maintenance department. It has allowed us to track everything from our service calls to our preventative maintenance. The reporting is very helpful for our customer relations department. We are able to easily update our customer service department on the status of any of our customers accounts.

The ease of use for both techs to access their job site information from anywhere they are working without having needlessly open multiple windows or screens. It has allowed our organization to have more control over what we can see while performing work orders/tasks instead of only being able to look at an entire database when trying to find something that was missed during installation (like an issue not appearing after it should).
