Dirty, cheap and tough but functional

How much do you pay for problems. It arrived smeared with oil, the springs creaking as if they were about to pop out, scratched and with burrs in the metal. They will do the limited and infrequent jobs I need them for, but if you need a tool for everyday use, keep looking.
