This scooter is a good size for ages 3 and up. It was easy to put together and came with everything you need to assemble. The base is a nice weight so that it helps stabilize the rider. What I like best is the lean and turn function of the scooter which is intuitive for younger riders. I also like the rubber handles because it protects the bars when the kids drop it on its side when they’re done playing. The lights are fun but for my kid they are dangerous because all he wants to do is stare at the wheels, causing him to crash into things. Hopefully your kid isn’t as silly as mine. Overall a very good durable bike!
