Very disappointed with this. First, it has a very strong perfume smell, and if you or anyone in your family is sensitive to chemical smells, don't take it. Second, although it was made for my Bissell shampoo, it doesn't contain a defoamer so it makes your carpets sticky and creates loads of suds both on your carpet and in your shampoo's dirty water chamber. my shampoo, it was like pouring beer on tap. My dirty water tank is quite small so when I used this shampoo the chamber was 90% foam and 10% water. I had to use water to rinse the carpets and remove the scum. Even when I used part of the recommended amount in my shampoo, it foamed. I have used many different shampoos over the years but this was by far the worst. The other shampoo that came with my cleanser, Bissell 78H6B Deep Clean Pro 2X Deep Cleaning Concentrated Formula, doesn't smell or lather as much. .
