The team at LBCE has been great- very accessible when we have questions or issues! We've used them as our primary provider, but haven't had any significant problems with their work outside this one instance (more about how they run payroll later).
Our organization is small so it's hard sometimes just getting in touch w/one person can be difficult - especially since most are working from home during Coronavirus times due too social distancing concerns.- However everything worked out fine even without everyone being there together physically once things started moving forward again after COVID hit us like crazy around mid March 2020. This would not only include all employees who were actually present via phone calls / emails etc., also those offsite workers including myself whose jobs involved remote access through video conferencing software such VPN clients & servers hosted remotely over AWS.
