Bought this tool to make 6 inch holes in corn hole boards. Pin hole for 5 3/4 inch diameter hole. I cut a test hole in a piece of Baltic birch plywood. This hole looked perfect. Use the alignment tool to center the drill with the template. The only problem I've had is that when I place the router on the work piece, the pivot pin falls out of the jig. I'll seal it with some silicone.
