When I first received my Werner AC78 Quickclick I decided to stick the end caps on because it was so was obvious they could lose her. Unfortunately, I didn't bother to do this before I lost one of the metal end caps, and in half a day of roofing without it, I blew a hole in the rubber end cap. And of course there is no way to buy just one piece, you have to buy the whole set. These are the same parts that come with the stabilizer bar. So if you lose the original part or break the rubber cap, buy this replacement kit and you're back in business. This time as soon as I received the replacement kit I glued it on. onto the metal ends, wrap the ends with tape to hold them in place, and place the rubber caps over the tape. The extra thickness should be enough to keep the rubber caps from falling off, and when they do they're a lot easier to find on the ground than metal parts.
