I enjoyed using this tool in my work. Surprisingly, my splices looked very different from the pictures. It didn't look like the instruction videos. I didn't read this anywhere but I may have missed it but it WILL NOT DISCONNECT AND CONNECT ANY TYPE OF WIRE EXCEPT HARD COPPER. Any other wire, and he turns it into a ball and instantly breaks it. I had high hopes for this tool for DIY and home projects. Don't waste money. You get the best connections by stripping the wire and using the connector like spaghetti.
