Some bolts either fell out of the torn box or were missing entirely. It's not the end of the world and I didn't want to wait for the company to fix it. So (although the warnings aren't supposed to) I bought the missing parts from Home Depot for less than $15. It's a great product and it might not be fair to give them gigs, but they should wrap it better. Nothing is more frustrating than missing parts in poor packaging.
