Bought 3 nutcrackers. The first one I used cracked about 75 pecans. One of the broken rivets had come loose. The rivets turned out to be 2-part, rivets connected to each other. I reinstalled the rivets and that was enough for another 40-50 nuts. I lost part of the rivet and fixed it with a small screw. This nutcracker seems to be working fine at the moment. Decided to try a second cracker. This one was worse than the first. This wrench broke one rivet and the second rivet broke and the rivet head broke off at the end of the rivet shank. Again I was able to fix it with a few small screws. I haven't tried the third nutcracker yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NUTCRACKER BECAUSE THE RIVETS ARE POOR QUALITY AND VERY EASILY SEPARATED OR BREAK.
