This product is advertised with a cleaning attachment for easy cleaning. There was nothing in it that made the cleaning process difficult. There were no instructions included either. Just a device in a bag in a box. I had to learn how to use it and found that the sizes were the opposite of most pasta baits (small to big, not thick to thin if you count). It didn't affect the noodle making process too much.
