Please note that this product is considered obsolete by the manufacturer and you cannot register it or download updates. I did some research on the manufacturer's website forum and found that the item was out of date and because it was out of date I was unable to register the item and receive software updates! They appear to be downloaded from the older products section, but the software supplied by the manufacturer in the box you install on your computer is for Windows Vista and when you try to update the device it doesn't work, it seems looks like it works, but if you check the software version of the device, it's the same as the bundled one. Also, as it is outdated, you cannot download updated PC software as the device is NOT "registered" on the manufacturer's website. And by the way, did I mention that the device I received was late and used! The item had someone else's lube on it and the cellophane on the box was torn. Come on, Revane, pull yourself together!
