First purchase and use of a Whiteside cutter. All my nozzles are Freud and Bosch plus a few cheap nameless ones I bought to throw away but ended up surprising me and working so well. They ended up in my router bit box. I decided to buy and try some white pieces for a new workbench I'm building. Every time I read about router bits on the internet. People always rant and rave about Whiteside. So I decided to give them a try and I'm not disappointed that I did. They are great bits and leave a crisp, silky smooth milled edge. I have to say they don't seem to be as sharp as some of my Freud bits, but that may be partly because these white bits last a lot longer than other router bits. Another thing I like about the white side. Even before I had any Whiteside bits, they make a lot of different bits. They produce a lot more beats than Freud. So despite the fact that I'm a big fan of Freud's cutting tools, and as long as the white side retains its quality. I'm about to start a new collection of Whiteside cutters.
