This software has helped us keep track of all our donors, their contact information, as well as past donations they have made to other campaigns or causes. It also allows you to send out emails with custom messages that are personalized just for your supporters. We've been able to reach more people through this program than we ever could before! I dislike how it sometimes takes several times to get an email from someone who hasn't logged in recently. Having a database of contacts helps me know exactly where my money needs to go next.
